Community Services for Children - Donley Children's Campus

This project included renovation of two buildings on the Donley Children's Campus originally constructed in 1930. The existing facility was completely gutted including asbestos abatement and interior demolition. The 70,000 SF structure received a new roof, windows, interior fitout, and an improved parking area.

For added convenience, an outdoor elevated bridge was constructed connecting the two buildings.

The renovated facility features administrative offices and program space, classrooms, a library, nursery and health center.
