The ground floor features a 24-hour concierge lobby, sales office with model unit, and retail area. The mezzanine level contains a media lounge, fitness center, pet spa, guest suite, business center, and private dining room for tenant use. Residential units include high-level finishes, custom cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances.
Transformation of the 35-story structure, originally built in 1921, includes complete restoration of the façade, installation of new windows and elevators, and replacement of all major building systems. The tight urban site requires that all work be staged from within the footprint on the building. A dual car hoist provides vertical transportation to the 19th floor, with an additional car going to the 34th floor.
