Residential
College Row, a three building complex in the quaint historic section of Lancaster, is a mixed use center of new student housing and retail space adjacent to Franklin & Marshall College. The complex contains 127 new student apartments in the six and five story buildings with ground floor retail space in each building. A third building will house retail space for the complex and surrounding neighborhood. |
