Construction of a new regional power shopping center. Alexander began this project in an Agency CM role for the owner during Phase 1, which included the complete site development and the construction of the Target and Circuit City stores. On Phase II of the project, Alexander performed in a CM at Risk role, providing guaranteed maximum prices and returning savings to the Owner. Dick’s Sporting Goods, Michael’s Crafts, and a retail shell space known as Shops B and Shops P were constructed in this phase. The buildings in Phase II were designed by Kann & Associates.
Phase III also was constructed using the CM at risk delivery method. In this phase, Petco and Party City were constructed from design provided by Crabtree Rohrbaugh Associates and the fitout was completed on Shops B from design provided by SE Fulton and Company.
