The new Daniels BMW facility involved the renovation of an existing 16,000 SF vehicle service facility to house 27 service bays and the construction of a new 26,000 SF building including a vehicle showroom, offices, and parts division. The upscale dealership has an impressive sloped curtainwall and Alucobond system. Radiant heat is integrated in the porcelain showroom floor. A custom ornamental stair and railing guide visitors upward for a view of the glass paneled walls.
