Construction of a 4-building, 127,500 square foot outlet shopping center. The single-story buildings are steel and masonry with aluminum and glass storefronts, field-constructed wood canopies, standing seam metal roofs, and raised steel decorative elements. Scope also included white box fit-out. Additional assignments include 76,000 square feet of expansion projects and significant site development activities on the heavily wooded, 24-acre lot.
