The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local Union 375 is one of the oldest unions serving the Lehigh Valley Market of Eastern Pennsylvania. With a membership continuing to increase annually, it outgrew its original headquarters and will move to a larger, upgraded facility.
The project consisted of interior and exterior alterations to an existing former social services building to house facilities for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local Union 375 and the Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (JATC).
Features of the project included:
Offices are located on the first floor and Apprentice labs and a training center including a motor control lab, conduit bending lab and low voltage wiring lab are on the second floor.

- MEP upgrades
- New exterior entrance and upgraded entrance into meeting hall
