Kish Bank Financial Center

Construction of a new 19,250 square foot non-combustible two-story financial and operations center and related site work. The first floor consists of bank offices, branch bank with teller line and drive-thru, security vault and bank equipment. The second floor contains a board room and office tenant space. The building includes extensive architectural details and custom built cherry millwork. Several sustainable features were incorporated into the design of the building. The main lobby includes cork flooring which is made from the waste of the cork wine stopper manufacturing process. It is durable and reduces the transmission of sound, vibration and heat and is a great insulator. The parking lot was constructed utilizing recycled asphalt. Deep wells were drilled onsite for use as the building's heating and colling source. The well water is used for the building's geothermal heating and cooling system and is a cost effective, reliable, and environmentally friendly HVAC design solution.
