A new medical office building was constructed in Chester County, PA, with the primary tenant being Lancaster General Health. The facility features:
The 2-story building is structural steel framed on shallow foundations with masonry foundation walls. The exterior walls are masonry and metal panels on structural metal stud framing. The building's main atrium connects both the first floor medical offices to the second floor urgent care and office spaces with a custom designed monumental steel staircase with ice stone stair treads and stainless steel railings and aluminum panels. The urgent care suite is accessed by its own entrance from the parking lot which slopes up to the second floor for more direct patient access.
