Lehigh University - Campus Square Parking Deck

The Campus Square buildings and parking structure are on the site of a former on-grade parking lot. Lehigh University could not accommodate a loss of parking for the duration of the project and couldn't release the parking deck site until the end of Spring Semester 2001. To complete the deck during the summer of 2001, Butz pre-secured a place in the parking deck fabricator's schedule before design commenced and also received bids based on outline specifications in August of 2000. Those two aggressive fast-track techniques facilitated the completion of the structure in a little over three months.  The deck holds a total of 350 spaces.
