The Lutheran Theologic Seminary at Philadelphia

The 61,000 square foot Brossman Learning Center has 11 technologically equipped classrooms and a 500-seat Great Hall for special events that can be subdivided into three classrooms or conference rooms. Faculty and administrative offices, trustee meeting rooms, the Seminary's Urban Theological Institute, and a new Multicultural Mission Resource Center are also housed in the building.

Most of the Learning Center is new construction, but the front of the center retains a significant portion of the Seminary's 1888 dormitory, which was the first structure built on the current campus.
