Millpond Village

Mill Pond Village is a multi-use commercial center comprised of a 3-story, 100,000 square foot office building and three small single-story retail buildings totaling 59,000 square feet. Buildings are framed in structural steel on a shallow concrete foundation, with cast-in-place reinforced concrete walls (tilt-up construction), aluminum fixed windows, prefabricated trusses, and a standing seam metal roof. Sitework included extensive development of 27 acres, surface parking, lighting, landscaping, and upgrades to local roads and utility services.
