The residential building structure is wood frame, with standard brick veneer and metal panels on street facing facades.

Residential unit types include:

  • Two three-story buildings composed of six one-bedroom apartments each
  • Two three-story buildings composed of a ground floor three-bedroom flat with two, two-story units on the second and third floors
  • Two three-story buildings composed of a ground floor two-bedroom flat with two, two-story units on the second and third floors
  • Three single-family townhome designs
A two-story community building of mixed-use occupancy was constructed. Features include an assembly area, classroom and office spaces. All floors are ADA accessible.

The goals of this project are to achieve LEED Silver Certification, and have high-efficiency HVAC units and hot water heaters, and Energy Star-rated light and plumbing fixtures and appliances.
