Renovation of two former retail spaces into medical offices. Each office incorporated new HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems as well as significant life-safety upgrades and ADA accommodations. Both locations also required substantial underground sanitary installations. Fit-out included custom casework installed throughout exam rooms, procedure rooms, offices, reception areas, and common areas.

The Benner Pike facility provides infusion facilities for chemotherapy patients and a blood laboratory. The clinic at Colonnade Way provides family practice and medical treatment as well as an endoscopy center.
