Pennsylvania State University - Gaige Technology and Business Innovation Building

The new Gaige Technology and Business Innovation building contains approximately 62,000 SF in a two and three story layout.  It includes 24 classrooms and labs, 50 faculty offices, a commercial kitchen, café and retail space.  It features terra cotta rain screen technology and have a rain garden and underground water storage tanks for grey water usage.  The project is targeting a LEED Gold Certification.
