Philadelphia University – Kanbar Campus Center and Parking Deck

Construction of a 3-story, 74,000 square foot Campus Center to house a full service kitchen and cafeteria facility as well as the student bookstore, residents’ mailroom, counselor offices, recreation lounge, coffee shop, office space for on-campus student organizations, and basement storage. Constructed of structural steel and concrete slab on metal deck, with an exterior of precast concrete panels and curtainwalls.

Construction of a new 2-level, 242-space parking garage of poured-in-place concrete, featuring a roof deck designed to support a future recreation center. Site infrastructure and development activities include a new main campus electrical substation, lighting improvements, utility upgrades, and demolition of five smaller structures.
