Plymouth Meeting Mall – Expansion and Renovations

Expansion and renovation of a 550,000 square-foot regional mall. Scope includes the addition of a 17,000 square foot food court featuring a monumental stair and 37-foot high curtainwall. Interior improvements include installation of new vertical transportation, metal and glass railings, limestone flooring, decorative ceiling systems, lighting, and skylights. Existing metal panels were replaced with 1,500 linear feet of clerestory glass. Three new mall entrances and seven service entrances were also constructed. A new mechanical system includes two 2,000-ton chillers, cooling towers, and ten rooftop air handling units. Major site improvements were also accomplished.
