Corporate Offices
The selective demolition and renovation of a 7,200 SF existing machine shop into hard wall and open office areas as well as a renovated restroom facility. Included management of design, permitting, and construction activities. An energy efficient building design was developed utilizing a ground source heat pump system and is 100 percent sprinklered. LEED® Gold for Commercial Interiors (V2.0) was achieved.
