Corporate Offices
Design/build construction of a 40,000 square foot office building consisting of four stories plus basement. The frame is structural steel with load-bearing metal stud exterior wall with brick and EIFS veneer. Three floors were fit out with a mix of open floor plans and enclosed offices. Geothermal wells supply a water source heat pump system. |
