Construction and interior fit-out of a four-story, 95,000 square foot office building for an international office system and related furniture products company. The first floor includes a lobby, product showroom, administrative offices, and employee-training center. The upper levels contain executive and administrative offices, conference rooms, data center, customer service department, and employee dining facility.

The steel-framed building features a façade of masonry, glass and metal panels, a glass skylight, and a glass and metal circular tower. HVAC systems include a closed-circuit cooler with five heat pumps.
