The Tivoli

Tivoli is a new luxury residential development located in Philadelphia’s historic museum area. The townhouses consist of 39 flats and bilevel units, most with private outdoor spaces surrounding a landscaped courtyard with fountain. The 10-story condominium tower includes 79 one-, two- or three- bedroom units, including eight penthouses. Features include 10-foot high living room ceilings, oversized 8-foot windows, hardwood floors, stone kitchen counter tops, Euro lighting, and handcrafted kitchen cabinets. A 2-level garage provides parking for 170 vehicles below grade, with an additional 40 on the surface.

The structural system consists of precast filigree beam and slab with cast-in-place topping, supported by cast-in-place concrete columns. Exterior walls are state-of-the-art prefabricated masonry panels with Andersen residential wood windows.
