Eight Tower Bridge

Eight Tower Bridge represents the tallest office building in the Philadelphia suburbs, situated on a former industrial site along the riverbank. At 16 stories, the 345,000 square foot structure is complemented by a detached, 7-level, 319,000 square foot parking garage for 1,085 cars.

The office tower is constructed over auger cast pile foundations supporting a structural steel, metal deck, and concrete floor system. Exterior walls feature a combination of precast concrete with stone trim and aluminum-framed windows. Roofing membrane is single-ply EPDM. The parking garage is precast concrete over deep foundations.
