Construction of a four-story, 41,700 square meter (450,000 square foot) steel-framed building housing 23,400 square meters (252,000 square feet) of raised-floor general administrative and office areas; auditorium / conference / training facilities with high-tech audio/visual systems; a full service dining room; childcare center; fitness center; security-controlled atrium lobby; and a 2,400 square meter (26,000 square foot) raised-floor, satellite-linked data / computer center serving over 900 LAN/WAN stations. The physical plant includes five chillers, two gas-fired boilers with oil backup, and five cooling towers, all of which are linked to and controlled by a sophisticated building automation system.
