Waterfront Square

Luxury high-rise condominium complex on a 9-acre site on Philadelphia’s waterfront. The 25- and 29-story residential towers contain a total of 305 units ranging from 800 to 3,500 square feet. Facilities also include a 400-space parking garage with garden terrace on the upper deck and a 20,000 square foot fitness center with indoor/outdoor pool.

Both towers consist of post tensioned, flat plate, tunnel formed CIP concrete over a foundation of piles and mat slab. Exteriors consist of architectural precast, cast-in-place shear walls, and aluminum window systems. The garage is cast-in-place. The spa is a steel structure over slab-on-grade. The complex totals 762,700 square feet.
