A new, free standing ambulatory care facility of approximately 64,400 sf on two floors. The building is a structural steel frame with metal studs to support the brick and aluminum window systems. The roof is a sloped standing seam metal panel system including skylights. Complex mechanical and electrical systems for the new building are served by a new on-site utility plant. Significant sitework was required to develop the building pad, parking fields and a new entrance drive for the new campus.

The first of four buildings planned for this new medical campus, the ambulatory care facility includes treatment areas for ophthalmology, radiology, urology, cardiac care, pediatrics, family care, women's care, ear-nose-throat, and other procedures. It is the first LEED Gold certified medical building in Pennsylvania, and the seventh in the United States.
